 Scale-Out Projects & Contract Recruiting

  • Capped Fee Structure – agreed upon upfront, a six (6) role commitment, six (6) month duration contract.

  • Role profile created by client and KEY MAN Search: STEP Methodology, defined per role

  • Define workflows, ATS, and internal systems
